Corporate and constant customers have discounts at the rate of 5%-10% from the services of a private notary.
A private notary, in contrast to a state notary, is responsible for trespass on account of illegal actions or carelessness. Article 28 of Ukraine Law "About Notary" obliges all the private notaries to insure their notarial activity, that is the guarantor of indemnification in corpore.
